The radiation numbers shown below evidence the hushed up second cloud or plume of radiation from Japan has arrived.

I worked late so I do not have the day but I do have the night for the 20th of march:

We had lulls of 40 CPM with several peaks of 80 CPM; the running average was 60 CPM

40 CPM = 0.03333 mREM / Hour = 292 mREMS per year = 2.92 mSv (millisieverts per year)
60 CPM = 0.05000 mREM / Hour = 438 mREMS per year = 4.38 mSv (millisieverts per year)
80 CPM = 0.06666 mREM / Hour = 584 mREMS per year = 5.84 mSv (millisieverts per year)

For the 21st of March, we have had 45 CPM to 50 CPM for a low and we have been running consistanly 60 CPM with several peaks to 80 CPM.

45 CPM = 0.03750 mREM / Hour = 328,5 mREMS per year = 3.285 mSv (millisieverts per year)
60 CPM = 0.05000 mREM / Hour = 438 mREMS per year = 4.38 mSv (millisieverts per year)
80 CPM = 0.06666 mREM / Hour = 584 mREMS per year = 5.84 mSv (millisieverts per year)

Now it is night and we are running consistantly 60 CPM with spikes to 85 CPM.

I checked close to grond and it is now at 45 CPM, so the majority of this radiation is IN THE AIR, AND AS SUCH IS FROM FUKUSHIMA JAPAN.

NOW KEEP IN MIND THAT THE MAXIMUM YEARLY EXPOSURE FOR RADIATION WORKERS IS TO BE KEPT TO 500 mREM PER YEAR. SO AT 80 cpm WE ARE ALREADY ABOVE THAT.

25 CPM = NATURAL BACGROUND RADIATION BEFORE FUKUSHIMA
40 CPM = 160% OF NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION
45 CPM = 180% OF NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION
50 CPM = 200% OF NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION
60 CPM = 240% OF NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION
70 CPM = 280% OF NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION
80 CPM = 320% OF NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION
85 CPM = 340% OF NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION

ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT THE REPORTS OF SO MUCH RADIATION EQUALING ONE CHEST X-RAY OR ONE CAT SCAN IS PLAYING DOWN THE RADIATION EXPOSURE. bECAUSE X-RAYS OR CAT SCANS HAPPEN OVER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND THEN THEY ARE OVER. WITH CESIUM-137 AND STRONTIUM-90 WE HAVE 300 YEARS AND 30 YEARS RESPECTIVELY FOR HALF-LIVES (THE TIME TI TAKES FOR HALF SO MUCH TO EXIST AS RADIOACTIVE). SO THIS MEANS ONCE THIS IS IN THE AIR AND THEN INTO THE SOIL THE NATURAL BACKGROUND RADIATION IS ELEVATED FOR A LONG LONG TIME AND IS HENCE IMMINENTLY MORE DANGEROUS THAN A CHEST X-RAY OR A CAT SCAN. ALSO REMEMBER THAT RADIATION EXPOSURE IS CUMULATIVE.

SO in essence folks let us hope that a lot of the air will blow through before this fallout settles into our gardens and animals and Us.

My personal opinion, for what it is worth is that you find shelter and KI or KIO3, and a potassium and calcium supplement if we reach 90 to 100 CPM. The experts tell us we should begin getting alarmed at 130 CPM, which is 0.10833 mRad, which is 949 mRem per year or 9.39 mSv per year; which is 1.989 of the 500 mRem allowed for exposure.
