Red Beckman, 12 part series, explains the government structure of the Constitutional Republic contained in the Constitution for the United States of America.

He explains the proper roles of the Grand Jury and the Trial Jury, and their roles in the checks and balances system created in the Constitution for the United States of America.

Despite what the public school system tells you, the Grand Jury and Trial Jury have responsibilities in keeping the government in check.

The Grand jury is supposed to prosecute corrupt public servants.

The Grand Jury is supposed to refuse to indict people under "bad laws" (a law that is in violation of the Constitution for the United States of America).

The Trial Jury is never supposed to convict someone for violating a "bad law". If you are on a Trial Jury and the defendant is being prosecuted for violating a "bad law", the verdict should always be "not guilty".

• Assembly men and women are expected to mutually respect each other and the body politic as a whole; to oppress no one; to harm no one, unjustly; to love thy neighbor as thyself; and at all times to exhibit proper conduct that conforms to these ideals.

  We are not associated with any political party, other the right of men and women to assemble to form a body politic.

  While we share many views and opinions with our Founding Fathers, being of sound mind and in possession of all our faculties, we are also aware that we live in a far different World than they did. In recognition of this truth and also in recognition of the fact that we are loyal and law abiding men and women of this Nation, we wish to state for the record that we do not now, nor ever will advocate taking up arms against our government or using them in any way as a means of changing our present state of affairs. Furthermore, we do not now, nor ever will council or encourage anyone to break our laws. We are, above all things, constitutional advocates who believe in obeying the law. Furthermore, we also strongly believe that for the sake of freedom and our ultimate well-being, government officials, should also obey the law and [organic] Constitution (ratified 1788).

  We know situations must be fixed. There are four people who can do the job: Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, & Nobody. Everybody thinks Somebody will surely do it.  Its a job Anybody can do - but Nobody is doing it. What are you doing?
